Today's Thread of inspiration
"I just remembered my previous therapist telling me “every relationship ends poorly. Either one of you dies or you break up. There’s no such thing as a happy ending” and she’s right"I suppose if you are the one who dies first, you may miss the grief. But as a woman married to a man a year old her than her, statistically, it was more likely he would die first. So I was likely going to deal with the grief one way or another.
Why not now in my 40s when I can take advantage of the opportunity to reinvent myself?
